And I’ve got a brand new space in the studio to work during the cooler weather!

Right now I admit I generally work upstairs in the guest room because of the air conditioning, but once this is all set I’ll have the peace and quiet (and prime location near the kitchen) that I prefer in the cooler months.
Otherwise I’ve been trying out the slap-chop method of painting for the first time! I think for now I will give it a pass, due to my difficulty with seeing color, but it’s a neat effect and I plan to refine my understanding of it over the winter, when things get slow around January. Take a look!

I know I KNOW these are Warmachine/Hordes models. I recently bought an absolute ton of them. I think people are starting to see what a fun time Mk. 4 is and, well, Old Rogue was built on the back of Privateer Press’ work all those many years ago, so what’s the harm in trying to sell a few units here and there? Ping me at oldroguepainting@gmail.com if you’re looking for a certain piece; chances are it’s on those shelving units.
Otherwise, photos! And a reminder to try and enjoy yourselves. I hope this finds each and every one of you well and in the midst of some new project, big or small, that brings you joy.
Happy Painting!
